Battle ready and completely handmade by Ryumon sword masters. AISI 1095 High Carbon Steel tempered with clay method. 45 RC hardness of Shinogi-ji, 58 Rc hardness of Ha. Hamon and hardness created with temper process. Real hamon, not wire brushed or printed. Real ray skin wrapped grip with black cotton cord wrap. Black copper tsuba. Serialized Certificate of Authenticity printed on silk scroll. Includes silk sword bag, users manual and cleaning kit.

The wakizashi is a shorter, lighter sword than the katana and for the Samurai warrior served as a backup weapon.
