Making a Purchase at SSS is quick and easy

    International Orders


     

    We accept U.S., CANADIAN and U.K. credit card orders on our website. Shipping is $27.95 to CANADA and $99.95 to the UNITED KINGDOM for orders of any amount. Please select your appropriate shipping method on the checkout screen. Please NOTE: If you are shipping internationally and select an incorrect and lower shipment option for your country a MANUAL charge will be added to your credit card to make up the appropriate difference.

    If you are from another country please email us your shipping address and what sword(s) you want to purchase and we will calculate a final cost to you. There is a $250 MINIMUM order total for international orders NOT being sent to the     U.K. or to Canada    .

    Please be aware that there may be customs fees or other fees charged by your country to pickup the merchandise that is delivered.  The Samurai Sword Store is not responsible in any way for any additional fees that your particular country may charge at pickup. Some countries may have customs departments that require you to present import license papers. If you cannot present appropriate paperwork your sword(s) may not be able to be delivered to you.

    If you REFUSE delivery due to associated costs at your local customs department or for ANY OTHER REASON,  The Samurai Sword Store is NOT responsible for the fees associated with returning the sword to us. We are also NOT responbile for the ABANDONMENT fees that will be charged by UPS. In this case YOU the customer are fully responsible for the original shipping charges PLUS the RETURN shipping fees back to us PLUS the ABANDONMENT fees. You will be credited back the total cost of your order MINUS the original shipping charges to you and then MINUS the return shipping charges by UPS to return the sword to us and then MINUS the ABANDONMENT fees.

    We accept Western union checks,     Western Union cash transfers, or PayPal payments from CONFIRMED PayPal members. We do NOT accept foreign credit card orders except from Canada and the United Kingdom.


     

    Sales Tax

     

    Rhode Island residents pay sales tax calculated at check out.  Sorry…it's the law!


     PRICE MATCHING

  • We will be glad to price match any sword that you find at a competitor for less than our prices and we will add a sword stand and sword kit for free.  This is providing that sword sells for $150 or more. Please NOTE:  The sword for less at a competitor website MUST be currently in stock for the price match to be effective.  Many sites will list OUT OF STOCK swords for far below their real price to attract potential customers but you will not be able to get that sword since it is out of stock.

    Please also note we must be contacted about price matching PRIOR to placing your order or we will not be able to adjust your order.  We will however be glad to include a free sword stand and sword kit with your next order.

    Transit Times

     

    Most in-stock items will ship out same day or within 24 hours and you will be sent an email with your tracking number at that time. 

     

    We can arrange expedited shipping at cost and in some circumstances, but prefer to not use an automated shipping system as availability is always in flux.  Please contact us at sales@samuraiswordstore.com to inquire about expedited shipping prior to your purchase.

     

       

    Return Policy

  • You must contact us within 5 days of receiving your sword to be eligible for a refund.  If we are contacted AFTER 5 days of receiving your sword you will not be eligible for a refund.  All exchanges are subject to sword condition.  Damaged swords cannot be exchanged unless we are contacted within 5 days of receipt of your sword. 

  • Please note cancellations for orders AFTER they are placed may still be subject to 15% restocking/cancellation fees.

    Returns of swords that are NOT being exchanged will be refunded minus 15% restocking fees.
